Security Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Security Operations Supervisors assigned to your client locations
• Handle security guard sourcing — identify, screen, verify, and onboard security personnel for assigned sites
• Coordinate with the HR team for background verification, police clearance, and statutory compliance of all security guards
• Monitor site-level attendance, duty compliance, and performance across all assigned security locations
• Conduct regular site visits to assess security standards and address operational gaps
• Manage client relationships at the operational level — handle security-related complaints, requests, and escalations
• Ensure adequate security guard coverage at all times — plan for leaves, absences, and shift requirements
• Prepare weekly and monthly security operations reports for the Assistant Security Operations Manager
• Coordinate with procurement for uniforms, equipment, and site-specific security materials
• Support the onboarding of new security clients — site risk assessment, guard deployment, and protocol setup

Requirements

• Any degree from a recognised university
• 2–3 years of experience in security operations or workforce management
• Experience in security guard recruitment and deployment is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Ability to manage multiple sites and handle shift-based operations
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting and documentation
• Valid two-wheeler licence and willingness to travel across Chennai

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a security services company in Chennai
• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act
• Experience with background verification and police clearance processes
