HR Executive
The HR Executive manages core HR functions at Easy Facility Services — covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, and payroll coordination. You will work across both internal staff and deployed workforce management, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new joiners — documentation, induction, statutory registrations
- Manage PF, ESI, professional tax, and labour welfare fund compliance for all eligible employees
- Coordinate payroll inputs — attendance, leave, deductions, statutory contributions, and additions
- Maintain and update all employee records, personal files, and HR databases
- Handle employee relations — address grievances, conduct exit interviews, and manage disciplinary processes
- Coordinate background verification for all new joiners — both internal and deployed staff
- Ensure compliance with Tamil Nadu minimum wage notifications and update payroll accordingly
- Support the preparation and filing of statutory returns — PF ECR, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare
- Manage the HR Assistant and Tele-caller and provide guidance on day-to-day HR tasks
- Prepare HR reports — headcount, attrition, recruitment status, compliance status — for the HR Manager
- Coordinate with operations teams on manpower requirements, deployment documentation, and staff welfare
Requirements
- Any degree from a recognised university — MBA in HR or related postgraduate qualification preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in a core HR role
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, minimum wages, and Tamil Nadu labour compliance
- Experience managing payroll coordination and statutory filings
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
- Proficiency in MS Office — particularly Excel for HR data management
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in HR in a facility management or staffing company
- Experience with HR or payroll software
- Knowledge of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act and principal employer obligations
