Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties at assigned client facilities
• Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, corridors, and common areas to the required standard
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials correctly and safely
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and checklist provided by the supervisor
• Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of correctly
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear the provided uniform at all times while on duty
• Handle cleaning materials and equipment with care and report any damage or shortages
• Cooperate with the site supervisor and follow all instructions related to the assigned facility
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with client staff and visitors

Requirements

• No minimum educational qualification required — freshers are welcome
• Willingness to work hard and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Punctuality, reliability, and a disciplined approach to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning in any setting
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Basic communication skills in Tamil
