Helper / Support Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general facility support tasks at assigned client sites as directed by the supervisor
• Support housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance teams with material handling and logistics
• Carry out loading, unloading, and movement of materials, equipment, and supplies within the facility
• Assist with the setup and clearance of meeting rooms, event spaces, and common areas
• Support waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities
• Assist the housekeeping team during peak periods and deep cleaning assignments
• Run errands and support tasks within the facility as required by the site supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and order in areas assigned to the support function
• Report any damage, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
• Wear the provided uniform and maintain professional conduct at all times

Requirements

• No minimum educational qualification required — freshers are welcome
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a helper or support role in any industry
• Familiarity with facility or housekeeping operations
• Basic communication skills in Tamil
