Facility Operations Manager
The Facility Operations Manager leads the entire Field Operations function at Easy Facility Services. You will be responsible for the quality, compliance, and efficiency of facility management service delivery across all client sites in Chennai. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong operational, client management, and people leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Field Operations team — Assistant Managers, Executives, and Supervisors
- Own the service quality and client satisfaction outcomes across all managed facility accounts in Chennai
- Develop and implement operational processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks
- Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with key clients across the portfolio
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment strategy across all client sites
- Ensure full statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Tamil Nadu minimum wages — across all deployed staff
- Prepare and present monthly operational performance reports to senior management
- Lead new client onboarding — from site survey and scope finalisation through to full deployment
- Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements that reduce costs and improve service quality
- Manage escalations, client concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Development on cross-functional operational requirements
Requirements
- Any degree from a recognised university — MBA preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in facility management with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple client accounts in Chennai
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong client relationship management and business acumen
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office for reporting, budgeting, and presentations
- Deep understanding of facility management statutory compliance and labour law in Tamil Nadu
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as Operations Manager in a facility management company in Chennai
- Experience managing portfolios of 50+ client sites and 500+ deployed staff
- Exposure to facility management ERP or workforce management systems
